This is just a short note to let you know about improvements we have made to the gym over the last few months. Members are now reaping the benefits of a new functional area and a larger mezzanine floor upstairs.
However we have not finished yet, we have taken delivery of the latest Star trac five station which includes a state of the art Cable Cross as well as a Lat Pull Down, Triceps Press, and Low Row all with swivel pulleys. Also in the very near future we are excited to announce the addition of a TRX training zone which will incorporate more TRXs and a TRX Rip Trainer.
Next month will see the arrival of a top secret piece of equipment which will be an addition to the power room.
