which made it so popular.
Dave's Gym has built up an extensive range of equipment from free
weights to cross trainers. The gym prides itself on being able to
offer something to everyone regardless of ability and if you are new to the
gym, no need to worry we will give you an induction where we will show you
how to use all of the machines.
We have just completed work on a purpose built 160sq ft fitness centre and extension to the main gym.
It means Dave’s gym can now offer you an even greater choice of equipment, facilities, classes and times.
